The people really provide one-on-one service. They are very helpful and accommodating. Worked with two different people and both were very enthusiastic and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the fitting. Would go back to them in a heartbeat.
Your staff is exceptional. I brought five, "high energy" little boys to be fitted and your staff was very accommodating and dealt with the boys so well. There was an issue with the order and I was notified in plenty of time to adjust our schedule. The items fit correctly and were all very nice. The return of the items was fast and easy and so I will always use Friar Tux for formal wear in the future.
The workers were so easy to work with and very kind. A couple of the suits for our wedding came back in the wrong size and they remeasured, reordered, and redelivered the new suits within 24 hours!

Good stuff
Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They also accommodated me with my pickup and return scheduling. Everything fit well, was comfortable and looked as expected. Measurement, pick up and return was smooth and quick.
Good service, quality material
Everything worked out great. They worked with me when i was a week late for the initial fitting. I wasnt given the cuff links for the sleeves but i also lost some for the shirt. We are a good fit! Thank yall
Steven was beyond helpful! He made sure all of our groomsmen were good to go - answering questions and making suggestions so they would look their best. He assisted my husband with finding the perfect tux pants and shirt. The day before our wedding my husband went to pick up his tux shirt from the cleaners (there was a smidge on the collar). When he got there he was told they couldn’t find it. While waiting we called Steven to see if Friar tux had one we could rent. Steven immediately spring into action and found us a shirt. Not only that he felt so bad about what happened at the cleaners he said he would rent it to us free of charge. An hour later the cleaners ended up finding my husbands shirt… thankfully. The point is during every interaction Steven went above and beyond. He exemplifies what customer service is!
