Steven went above the normal customer service for me. My tux had to be adjusted and the self tie was not working for me. Steven made the adjustment and then dropped my tux at my hotel. I could not make it back as we were engaged in the family dinner and pre-wedding plans. But Steven came after his work hours and made this happen for me. Thank you again and again it was a wonderful day for my family and myself.

I like the slim fit options. My now-husband looked very handsome and sharp in his tux. All our groomsmen looked nice. One thing they complained about is the shoes they got were not comfortable. If I'd known, I'd made them buy/wear their own shoes.
