The location we had planned on picking up from was being moved and closed. A representative gave us a call and we were able to figure out the next best location. Very on top of it. Easy to work with. I was stressed they were going to mess up based on multiple location pick ups, but didn't miss a beat.
Easy to use and great service. I would though, make sure your teams know where they ship to and where they don't ship to. My groomsmen in Iowa wasn't able to try on his suit until the day of the wedding, so it's a good thing it fit
Also, they person when we picked it up said never to use Men's Wearhouse because they mess up measurements. If that's the case, that should also be told at the time of setting up the order.

Great Customer Service.. Jimmy was very helpful and made the rental process very easy. I would definitely go back to the Chula Vista Friars Tux. We typically go to the Clairemont location, but it has closed down. I hope there is a Friars Tux in a central location.
Great personnel. Very responsive to our changes (we had to cancel the wedding and then re-book for a later date).
