We walked into a Men’s Warehouse on Monday, and inquired about a prom rental for the following Saturday. They told us they could get us a tux by 3, or 4 PM on Saturday depending on the FedEx delivery. We said thanks, but that was cutting it too close. So we decided to go check out Friar Tux in Vista. We sheepishly walked in, and asked if it was too late for us to rent a tux for Saturday. The sales rep assured us we could pick up the tux on Thursday. Our experience was like night, and day! On top of that, we were supposed to return the tux on Sunday, but we were busy with prior commitments. When we finally returned the suit on Monday, the rep told us “no worries” and waived the late fees. Thank you for being all about customer service!!!
Staff was friendly and helpful
Only had one issue, my suit had to get picked up at another location from where I got fitted without any notice. Luckily I called the pickup location before driving and was notified it was at another San Diego location. Other than that, the staff was friendly and professional.

Except for the wait time, I was very impressed with this company. The quality of the suit was fantastic. All the people that work there are very pleasant. I would definitely go there again for my sons. I feel it was worth the wait. Also the return was very easy. They have the option to have your tux sent to you for an additional $10 if you order early enough. I just waited too long to use that option.
