We came over to Friar Tux after having a horrendous experience at Men's Wearhouse after being a loyal customer of 20+ years. The moment we walked in the employees greeted us and gave us clear instructions on how to sign in, so we could be helped promptly. They were efficient at getting everyone taken care of, but we also didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a quick decision, so they could help others. The process from beginning to end was enjoyable and professional!
