Casey is great! She is one of the best teachers I’ve found anywhere. I don’t like the heated room but have put up with it because I like her class. Yesterday I tried her streaming class and it was good, too (Michelle’s class last Friday was not) . Casey knows what to say constantly so that you focus on what you should be doing with your body. You don’t need to watch her- but rather listen and focus inward. From my experience, this is a pretty rare talent.

Most teachers are excellent

I love that we face the courtyard as opposed to the mirror the whole time! Ginger is great. I love her classes. It’s a perfect balance of stretching, opening, strengthing and freedom.

Very friendly staff. Loved the heat and instruction! Will definitely be back.

The studio is always clean and, despite not being able to attend regularly, I’m always pleasantly surprised at the thoughtfulness and care I receive—and the fact they remember me also shows how much Leah and team genuinely care for people. Also, Ginger and Casey are favorite teachers—always the best classes!

Leah is amazing and I love her classes but I'm sad she's no longer teaching during the week. I've had a hard time finding a new instructor that give me the same kind of workout and energy but the classes are generally all good just a little inconsistent

Good instructors. Right balance of serious exercise and meditation.

I love coming to haute yoga and usually leave very relaxed and centered. I do think Alex is a green Yogi. She wasn't very in control of her music volume, music was distracting, and her positions did not flow. She seems lovely but needs more experience.

Wonderful front desk staff and very clean space. Ginger was awesome! She makes yoga incredibly fun with a perfectly challenging practice.

I love the variety of classes. I go to hatha, restorative and vinyasa for different reasons.

I love the classes and that you can sign up on an app. All the teachers are a little different but talented and helpful.

Friendly faces and yoga for all levels!

Absolutely love this yoga studio. Every instructor is talented, compassionate and has his or her own unique style and approach. I feel challenged with each class and inspired to keep practicing. Leah the owner makes a point of knowing her client’s names even if she hasn’t seen you in years. So glad to have HYQA in my neighborhood!

Knowledgeable staff. I feel the thought and prep that is placed is designing a class is extremely unique and I always walk away with new knowledge of how to explore a pose. I look forward to Sean’s class every Friday!

Customer service is great and the instructors! I took the restoration (?) class and I loved how the instructor was or at least to me seemed all about mind body and soul and I love that, she also had essential oils at the end that was fantastic. You guys are great! I live in Lakewood and wish there was a location closer to me! Haha :)

I hardly ever enjoy yoga; I do it out of necessity to feel good in my body. The class I took the other day from Natalie was so thoughtful and well paced that I genuinely enjoyed myself and am looking forward to coming back.
