The studio space is very comfortable in size, temperature, and aesthetic. It's taking me a minute to find which instructors most match my energy, but all have been welcoming, capable, and professional.
I love the music and the energy of your studio. I started at Haute Yoga in 2017 and was so taken by your instructors and the movement that I began a practice at 52. Life being unpredictable, I found myself living from Queen Anne later that year. I tried other studios but nothing stuck and returning to Queen Anne on a regular basis was difficult for various reasons. In 2022, I started doing yoga on-line and completed a 108 day course. Wanting to do a live class, I went back to Haute Yoga. The teachers were just as good as I remembered them to be and the music just as fantastic. There is something special about this studio!!

Calm competent teachers and kind staff. I also loved that your water is so cold! It’s great to sip during class. Let’s get really cold water for Shefa too!
