The different instructors, no 2 classes are the same, I love the messages/intention that each instructor gives in the beginning of the class and caries throughout, the non-judgement and clear descriptive instruction on form.

What do you like about our services?

Michelle is the best yoga teacher I have ever had. The way she guides you through poses with just her voice and barely any visual guide is amazing. I really like it because it makes me think about my pose and what I am doing, rather than focusing on copying her. She should do a podcast or something, really that good.

What do you like about our services?

I love the style of yoga! Not too fast, not too slow. Great, friendly instructors. I like the intimate setting of the studio. The only downside: every once in a while, there is a big old bug hanging out by the lockers who startles me after a nice relaxing class.

This was my first time practicing Yoga, and it was amazing! The teacher was very talented, and was excellent at cue's so everyone could get into the correct pose. She was also very thought provoking, and really focused on the core of Yoga. I could't have asked for a better introduction to Yoga.
