Great instructors, love both Haute and Shefa yoga locations in Seattle. I don’t know anyone else who goes so I hadn’t really formed a community, but I felt very welcome in the classes. No matter your skill level, you are embraced and encouraged to listen to your body.
So thankful you are back and my body can recover again!

I am so grateful for the virtual classes! They have been a wonderful way to keep up my practice and provide a sense of normalcy and comfort during this time. I really hope the virtual classes will continue even after the studio is legally allowed to open as we all navigate what feels safe. For me personally, I think it will take a while to feel safe in a small enclosed indoor space.

Talent of teachers to bring Everyday, real experiences and anecdotes brought into the classroom to help personalize practice, and make it welcoming and meaningful! Also, talent of teachers to create a welcoming environment in non-attachment to the number of poses we complete, the number of asanas, whether you modify a pose or not: all practices are welcome! Soundtracks are very well curated, as well!

Your online courses are keeping me sane. Thank you! I love Karina. Can she teach some classes at HYQA? Also, once we are able to practice again in person, would you please consider having one class available online? It’s wonderful to be able to access the class whenever I’m able to instead of having to work hard to get to the studio. Of course, I will still go to the studio and I love the in-person experience. Sometimes though, I can’t make it and would love to be able to access an online class. Thanks!

I liked that it was hot, of course now it's virtual. But I also like the instructors, they're all very knowledgeable.

Love that you're offering online content. Really hope your studios are able to open soon but also hope you continue online access. Some of the flows would be so fun to revisit so even if you don't have live stream but just curate content for remote users - that would be fantastic.
