Everybody is so friendly from entering the parking lot to the shuttle bus drivers. Everyone was so great I love getting a bottle of water as I leave the lot super easy and I felt safe.

This place is AWESOME! The customer service is TOP NOTCH! Yes, I'm being "loud" on my praise because it is deserving to how we were treated from check-in, shuttle in, shuttle back, and check out. We were given clear directions, picked up, helped with bags, and kept informed. Reserving a spot was very convenient via the app or web. Even providing tips (who carries so much cash???) was made easy via the app. I definitely will be using their service my next time flying.
