It's so easy to make a reservation weeks or days before a trip. I also like the phone app which makes it easy to get into the parking structure and to check out when leaving. But the best part is your number of trams, so I never have to wait more than a minute to be picked up at LAX. Your drivers are also super friendly and helpful!

The shuttle drivers pick up very quickly after parking, they assist with getting the luggage on and off the shuttle, and pickup is very prompt outside the airport. Paired with a very good frequent parking program, it is an excellent experience by very professional staff!
