Using the Parking Spot app and online platforms, it is easy to make and manage reservations. Love the ability to prepay so that I just have to scan and go when I return late at night.
Having bottled water available as you exit the lot is also a great perk.
You always do a good job. It is just that inflation is making it very difficult to park there next time. One reason I park at The Parking Spot on trips is that I usually am gone on one of the two days that there is street cleaning. If I am parked on the wrong side of the street it is a $63 citation.
However, for trips over three nights it is cheaper to get one citation and pay for the ride share or taxi. It is the sad reality.
I appreciate that busses are frequently out dropping off and picking up passengers. I believe this aspect of the Parking Spot 2 has improved over the last few years.

The staff was very supportive. Our car would not start and they were very helpful in assisting us to get car started. Drivers were friendly as well. The ladies working the gate were also friendly.

Biggest problem, is not enough vehicles early in morning. I tend to get to airport early, and still must rush to my plane on (several occasions). So how to fix this problem?
1) have terminal specific trams A, B, C,/ especially at Christmas. Also please set up a departure list board reminding which terminal is for which airline. For example Southwest recently switched to A, I didn't know.
2) BTW the auto drop off lines getting into A at holiday time are so long, I had to jump off at and run thru airport to B via A. if I had my wife and kids no way would I have made it thru in a timely manor.
3) also remember many carriers shut down the gate early these days to make FAA on time departure lists guidelines. Tell your customers to give themselves at least two hours lead time.
4) Dont be afraid to remind passengers that drivers appreciate tips, I always tip, it's so enjoyed. Many folks don't seem to know any better, the bags are so heavy, remind them tips are needed by these hard working folks.
5) the water bottle coolers are too difficult to open, they should be replaced, very beat up. still the H 20 is much appreciated.
6) despite my critique you guys do a nice job, at a very busy jetport!

The people were nice and helpful. (Could use some better direction signs to get from baggage claim to the pick-up spot though.)
As a member of The Parking Spot I like being able to reserve a spot to park before my trip to ensure one is available. Also I'm able to pay in advance (and I get an AAA discount) so I can use the express check-in and check-out lines thus saving me time. Of course, being picked up and dropped off at my car is a big plus.
