Easy in and out….friendly staff….

You don’t have to wait to long to be picked up and everyone is friendly easy

I will only use the Parking Spot for my airport parking needs. The vehicles are kept safe, the rates are amazing and the shuttle drivers are soooo great! As long as you have the ticket/photo of your ticket that they give you at the beginning of your stay, they will drop you off directly in front of your vehicle. Throughout the year, they even offer specials on parking. When you are checking out (which is a ridiculously easy process), they also offer you a bottled water from their cooler.
Don't even bother with the hassle of navigating parking at the airport! This is too easy to pass up!

Love The Spot. Excellent service to and from the airport.

Though, one of the drivers complained the entire ride from the airport to the parking area about how he is putting in his 2 week notice, how the other drivers are bad, how he is fed up with the system….etc, etc. Made several of the riders uncomfortable and it just wasn’t appropriate to be spouting off when there are customers in the vehicle. Or to the customers.

Fast and efficient. I don’t have to drive through the airport for the economy parking. You pick me up at my car and drop me off at the door of my airport. It can’t get any better than that.

Quick pick up at your parking space! Help with bags! Clean vehicle. Warm or cool considering the weather outside, Friendly, courteous, helpful drivers! The app to request pickup outside baggage claim is great. It is reassuring to use the app to track the location and progress of the arriving van! We never park anywhere else. Using AAA is a great asset in getting a reduced parking rate

Drivers are friendly, prompt, and helpful. My car was all on one piece when I returned - unlike other experiences I have had at PHL parking spots.

Easy, peasy. All goes smooth from arrival to leaving Parking Spot. Don't want to jinx my transactions but drivers are courteous and reliable. Last trip, driver was there at my auto when I arrived at my parking slip, in the rain. Arriving back from my flight, driver was waiting at the shuttle area. 😊

Each employee at the JFK Parking Spot is honorable and professional to us and other customers. Also, check-in and check-out is quick with the mobile app.

Each driver we had going to the airport and especially returning from the airport offered excellent help and were helpful in keeping everyone aboard informed.

As an older female, have always enjoyed the safety of your lot. Getting picked up and dropped off at my car with luggage assistance - so appreciated. Experienced a dead car battery upon returning once. Staff was courteous and helpful. Arrived within minutes to give me a jump start. After a long flight I also enjoy the courtesy water given as I leave check out. Never have had a bad experience when using The Spot. I always tell people to use your service opposed to the airport lots.
