We love that the denver spot basically picks you up and drops you off right at your vehicle. All the drivers are very nice . They help woth the bags. I feel like our vehicle is very safe and im never worried about break ins. We have never needed actual help there.

I like the covered parking at a reasonable price. i think the additional $10 per day for Platinum is high for essentially the same covered service, other than you are dropped off first. I wish there was a way to notify the location that you are waiting for a pick-up through the app. We had 20+ people waiting for the shuttle, could see on the app only 2-buses coming, which was not enough. Resulted in many waiting until other buses could come and none were in route. Like the ability to track the shuttles via the app.

The Parking Spot team has been Spot On the last few times I've traveled. They promptly picked me up, got me to the terminal quickly and were there to pick me up at the terminal, almost the exact same time I arrived to the courtesy van pick up area. Great job Parking Spot!!
