Convenient to terminal. Drivers are friendly. Shuttles need some help though. Every one I’ve ridden in sounds like the windows are going to fall out or break. The rattling from the windows is pretty terrible.

As a member I like easy check-in and check- out. The prompt pick-up by the shuttle right at our parking space is a much appreciated service as well as the shuttle returning to our space upon return. Excellent reliable pick-up service at Hobby also.
