The ability to "reserve" a spot online is important. Then, when parking, the quick arrival of a shuttle to the airport and the frequent shuttles from the airport to the parking lot also is important.

Prompt pickup at lot and at airport
We like being picked up at our car, very courteous drivers. This past week was the first time we had to wait a long time to be picked up at the airport. Instructions were not clear if we were to call for a pickup. It was around noon, we saw a bus go to the drop off terminal but it never came down to the level for pick up. Very disappointed, we waited almost 20 minutes for a pick up. As we were the only passengers, we wondered if we were supposed to call for a pick up but saw nothing that indicated that.
