Location is good for me - it's on my way to airport. I like that I can catch bus quickly and get to terminal. Same on return - they're at the terminal and get me back to my car quickly. I like free water bottle upon return.
I wish all the drivers helped with luggage. I'm a 67 year old woman and I have a hard time lifting my bag into the bus- some drivers help, others don't. I tip the ones who help.

The protection of my car is #1 on my list.
Also, if there is snow, I know I could get
out from under it with the attendants help

And the bottle of water upon leaving is quite

Your prices have doubled — /tripled during holiday times— since I first discovered your service ($7 back then!). This cost is something I am willing to pay, but if the price increases any more it will be cheaper for me to take an Uber to the airport!

I always love parking at the parking spot. Reliable and friendly folks. I recently had to attend a funeral and a wedding around the Thanksgiving holiday. It’s painful the amount charged for my two trips just because it was near a holiday. Price was going down right after I left my second trip. It’s taking advantage of holiday travel and not nice.
