I like the ability to reserve online. The app is great. Check in and check out with the app is very easy. I also like that the app can detect you in a pickup spot. You no longer need to call.

The drivers in Pittsburgh are always helpful. I had a driver ask if I had my cell phone one time. Had he not done so I would have left my phone in my car. On another trip with our family we left a bag on the shuttle. We did not realize until we were in St. Thomas. We called Parking Spot. One of the drivers took it to the airline an made sure it got on a flight to St Thomas and we were able to get it the next day.

Fast service and ease of getting to and from the airport. I like that it's covered in bad weather.

Convinience

I've been parking at Roncari and now the Parking Spot for 30 years. I started parking in the BDL garages a couple of years ago and have now returned to parking at the Parking Spot. The reason for this is, price, ease of use of the App and quick pick up and drop off. The App makes it easy to book your parking and requesting a pick up once you have landed.
Travelers want to be picked up quickly once they have landed. Standing at the curb waiting 10 plus minutes for a bus is not good. I have not experienced that with the Parking Spot. Keep it up.

Shuttles are quick to pick up travelers and drive to the airport. Shuttles are clean and drivers helpful with luggage. Since we live north of the airport, your location is nice.
