I like the convenience and the friendliness of the people. They help me with my luggage and I don't have to worry about my car or when I will be picked up. You call and in no time at all the shuttle comes to the international Airport. The driver who helped me on December 17 was great. He smiled and said no problem when I mentioned that my suitcase was over the weight limit. I was exhausted and he made sure that I exited the shuttle safely after asking and stored my luggage in my car. He impressed me with his positive attitude. Great service! I have been using the Parking Spot each time I travel by air. You don't have to inconvenience friends and make them drive you. It is easier to use especially when you cannot pinpoint the arrival time and how much time is needed in passport control or to pick up luggage.
