Affordable, convenient and friendly drivers

I park there often without any issues, however the last time, my driver wrote the incorrect space number of my covered parking space; instead of being the first off the van, I ended up being the last person off since we had to drive and drive around looking for my car. I like the convenience of covered parking, but it totally backfired. That particular driver told me that incorrect space numbers was something that he had complained about to his superior. Time is money and I lost on this one.

The price, the ease of waiting for a shuttle (no wait) it was there when we parked, the comfort of knowing our car was safe (fenced in) it worked for us. We even lost our card with where our car was parked and the shuttle driver was kind enough to drive us around to find it! Thank you

The Parking Spot has some of the best employees. We got dropped off near our car and got loaded up and on our way. About 20 minutes into our trip we realized we were missing one bag. I frantically called the Parking Spot 3 phone number and asked if anyone had seen it. Sure enough, one of the employees had seen it sitting in the parking lot in covered parking. They grabbed it and took it to the office where we were able to pick it up later. Thank you so much for taking good care of us.

Very efficient from onset of reservation made online to the actual day of reservation using the entrance gate...to parking and the shuttle to and from. Also, it's very helpful when the card with the car location is given to the customer. Thank you for such a wonderful service.... and having such courteous folks that drive the shuttles and help with the luggage.
