App is easy to use and i can quickly reserve & confirm a parking spot. Easy check in and out. However, the maze of the covered parking area at CMH location makes it hard to get and out of the covered area -- need better signage.

Always say to book and upon arrival there is rarely much of a wait time for the shuttle to pick you up at your car. The same can be said on the return trip from the airport.

There is never a long wait for shuttle! Very close to airport! Also you are welcome to a bottle water when you exit! We park here everytime we travel!
