What I do not like is trying to find the pickup spot at LAX. I fly different airlines and would like directions when I land. From American go this way. From United go this way. So I know when I arrive which direction to go and what level.

It was very efficient going to the airport. However, we were surprised at how long it took to be picked up from the airport at 8:00 arrival time. The driver was helpful but with having to pick up from two terminals the van was packed. It would have been nicer if there were two shuttled going on at this time in the evening.

Convenience, however the paper for receipts was out and I couldn’t get a paper copy and when I tried to get an email copy it wouldn’t allow me. Also, the cooler where the water is stored was left open and the water was hot. I do realize that a customer probably left it open, but I wanted to bring it to your attention.
very pleased with the service... having been using parking spot for years and it seems they are investing in their service. plenty of shuttles are available so we didnt have to wait at all to get to the airport. Only drawback is the app ... it doesnt tell u where to go to pick up the shuttle and asks u to request a pick up... it wants u to scan your code which is impossible since its on the phone itself
