Covered parking, reasonable prices, comfortable shuttle ride, friendly, helpful drivers, free cold water at check out and a 10% discount because of relationship with my company. This place has preferred status.

Parking Spot picks you up quickly after parking, then drops you off. You don’t have extra walking. I like the covered parking, too.
After coming back home, they pick you up without a long wait. I don’t have to worry about airport logistics.

Please, ask your drivers to announce the type of car they are at, not the location, not everyone remembers where they parked and sometimes you can't see the cars.
