On my last visit I was double charged for my trip. Once for a prepaid reservation Phone number removed62). And a second when leaving on 3/25 (transaction 4xy7r). The Parking Spot app was not working (continuous spin) when we arrived for our reservation and the attendant told us to take a ticket. When we returned the attendant said he could not find our prepaid reservation. Your website does not provide the ability to contact you. I called the Dallas facility and the person that answered the phone told me to call the manager. I did but have not yet heard back.
The parking operations are good, but the ability to contact your company are extremely frustrating.

Easy-to-use entry and exit! It was awkward getting used to the newer systems but they work more efficiently than before! Travel is starting in the 2nd half of the year and I will be parking with you again soon!
