Great service, friendly people
The app is very easy to use and it’s very efficient. The shuttle was right there when I pulled in and parked. I like that you can request pick up from the airport on the app. Our shuttle came quick. Both drivers were very nice and very professional.
I like the fact that the shuttle pick you up at your car - even at self park. You also never have to wait too long at the terminal for the shuttle.

Fantastic customer service, shuttles are clean and run on a consistent schedule. Pricing is very reasonable. My child lost their blanket in the parking lot and a week later upon our return it was kept safe and clean.

The price was right but the wait was long on a Thursday night because they only had one driver and we were charged for covered when we were not supposed to be but I called the next day and was immediately refunded.

From the beginning to the end, everything was easy and very friendly. The lot was easy to find and we had a short wait for the bus to pick us up to take us to the airport. The driver helped with our luggage and made sure we knew where we were going and what door to use when we returned. The driver who picked us up was very friendly and helped by loading our luggage in the car. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you!
Up until this last visit, its was very easy to access the parking structure and depart as well. On my recent trip, March 12 to 14, I made reservations for the roof top, uncovered parking. When I arrived I could only access covered parking. I entered the structure and drove up to the roof top entrance and was unable to access it even though there were plenty of empty spaces. I had to back down the ramp and parked on the 3rd floor and pay the higher fee. Any help getting reimbursed the difference would greatly appreciated. Thanks ! First name removed W.
