On April 10 2021 Saturday. I got to the parking Spot 1 on Airport Blvd at Hobby Airport at 0430, the guy that work at the front gate told me to go to row 11 left, I did. After I unloaded my bags, I look at the watch 0436. 5 vans had passed me and other Customer at the same row. The went all the way to the back and left. The other vans went to the last row of cover parking and left. I called to the front 2 times , I asked the guy politely to make sure the van pick us up. He replied: well you just get here, you have to wait!!! I said I'v been waiting since 0436 and now is0458!!! and he said with a bad attitude. I've been parking there for at least 10 years! Please address this with that employee that working that day at the front gate. Other drivers and gate attendants are always very nice except him.

The App is wonderful to use as well as online. Having Touchless service is a bonus as well. Also, overall your drivers are courteous and especially helpful with bags.
The only thing that frustrates me is when we are instructed to go to the far back of the parking lot when there are lots of open spaces beforehand! This could be improved especially for those coming to the lot early.

The parking shuttle has always been there to get me to airport promptly and there are shuttles waiting for pick-up upon my return. Great job, with the shuttles, sets you apart from most other companies.
