Uniforms are hazardous for employees at night. Black on black on black people plus rain and headlights makes it easy to hit Simone. Is not OSHA compliant. High vis clothing required.

I appreciate the convenience of reserving and prepaying for our parking prior to a trip. Tracking a pickup shuttle has gotten easier as the app has improved. I would appreciate some sort of rewards or free stays given how many times we have used The Parking Spot over the years. It seems like we should have accumulated some benefit by now.
The moment we arrived (and all the other times as well) greeted nicely by the attendant. The drivers are OUTSTANDING, very helpful with our luggage and explaining things. We appreciate the complimentary bottled water on the transport AND really like the OUTBOUND water cabinet--FANTASTIC. Thank you very much!!! ALWAYS RECOMMEND YOU GUYS!!!
