Friendly driver and I was on a bus the second I parked. Easy access and not confusing entering, parking, or leaving.
Driver was very accommodating to me because I am old. Took my suitcase and carried it to my car and put it in rear compartment for me. I was thrilled.

The person at the gate, even though it was 4 am, was super pleasant and helpful. I felt my car was safe. And the little buses were there so quickly when called (I I got back at 3 am!). Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will use TPS next time I travels
