Always prompt pick up by the shuttle at the lot and the airport. The drivers are very helpful with my luggage. I travel frequently and I always park at the Parking Spot North.

Love that they pick you up and drop you off at my car. The driver who picked me up at 2 am Wed morning was apologetic for taking so long to arrive (major car wreck blocking ramps and also called the attendant to tell her not to charge me for going over my checkout time!
