Resolved an issue well.
I had an issue with my reservation. The manager, Tia, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I had tried to get assistance from the DFW South manager, but that did not happen. Tia resolved the issue and corrected the misinformation that I had received at DFW South. She is an awesome representative of your company.

We were very pleased with all of your services but the best part was the friendliness of both the drivers we had. They both were very nice.
The reservation process online was very easy to navigate. The in-and-out processes at the lot itself were simple and downright slick! The Parking Spot East kept me informed with several email updates. Even though my flight did not get in until nearly 3 AM, the shuttle was there at the pickup area and took each of us (several other Parking Lot East users on the same flight) to our parked cars. The ease of using the automated checkout was great because I was really tired! I have already recommended Parking Lot East to my neighbor, who will be traveling through Lambert soon. Thanks for making this part of my trip as worry-free as possible!
