Very easy. Book on app. Arrive. Always greeted by a friendly staffer who tells me where to park. The shuttle gets to me before I get out of the car. Then off to the airport in a clean shuttle. All employees are friendly. So much easier, better, and better priced than using airport parking.

Helpful staff. On Thursday, December 21 around 6:15 pm, the driver for lot 1 was about to pull away. But, he stopped and even backed up the bus us at the terminal following our trip and took us straight to our car. Can't thank him enough. Thanks Parking spot!!

Covered parking, fast access on and off the bus transport, and very few other passengers.

It is convenient, buses are right there when you arrive. At the airport it is a little crazy but I seen a routine that one guy took charge of. He kept his bus on the curb at the front of the line until the next came which was within a minute so the people that have been waiting the longest got on first, I wish they had a better set up that had each lot name and lines to support the irate and disrespectful people who cut the line.

The service overall is excellent, and a great value, much lower price for valet than hotels for airport parking. Fast and convenient at both ends of the trip and the people are very good. But most important for us was the fast, excellent pickup at a huge airport after midnight - and their iOS app is great, it shows you the closest pickup points on a map and also the locations of the vans as they circle! This for us is new.

Last time we had a 2am pickup at LAX, it was a nightmare because there were no Ubers, no taxis, and we could not reach by phone and never even found a hotel van, we had unfortunately parked at the Hilton; no one ever picked us up. We waited hours, calling the number (no human) as well as the hotel desk - nothing - the hotel desk could not even find their own driver. Believe it or not, a kind ParkingSpot van driver took pity on us and dropped us near that hotel around 4am. Hilton Hotel parking at LAX NEVER AGAIN!

There are always kind humans on duty at the parking spot, 24/7.

It's easy to get in and out. I like that staff is always nice no matter what time we get in or out.

We left a cell phone in one of the shuttles once and they retrieved it really fast - GREAT service.

The points are difficult to use, they should be easier.

Convenient and safe location. Fast shuttle pick up from airport. This time we had to wait a while to leave the actual parking structure, which was unusual and stressful, but that was the first time that happenned.
