Although prices went up a bit, we'd still use The Parking Spot. Easy access. Quick and efficient shuttle to and from airport. Friendly and helpful staff. They even give you a bottle of water when you return. We've never had a problem leaving our vehicle. It's safe.

Quick shuttle pick up and drop off. Free bottle of water. Very disappointed last time I parked there, there was no water left.
Great customer service!
Overall, the service is good. But the buses are very loud. Every bump is felt and heard. The vehicle also creaks and shakes. I've been in other companie's buses and they can be much better insulated to block out the needless noise.

All personnel working thje booths both on the incoming and outgoing booth were very helpful
