Low cost and easy access to the airport.

I always park here but since the buy out and everything changing over there needs to be better communication about the different buses for the different sites. After traveling all day super frustrating to have wait for a different bus not realizing there were 3 different ones.

We had no problem with the ride to the airport. Pickup at the North pickup station was within 5 minutes of pressing the call button. The tram was clean and the driver was courteous. There is one suggestion for improvement. While having flown out of LAX many times, I usual take ride share to the airport and haven't parked at the Spot Parking since 2019. On our return to LAX, I forgot that parking shuttles pick up from the upper Departure level and not from the lower arrival level (which seemed the logical area for pickup). We waited for over Thirty minutes waiting for the Spot van which of course never came. We finally asked a police officer where the parking vans pickup arrivals and was directed to the upper level. Please consider posting a sign inside your shuttle vans informing riders that the pickup for passengers heading back to the garage is on the UPPER Level. Even some searches on the internet sites wrongly indicate pickup is on the lower level. Thanks

Most of the entire process was great, from reservation to parking to returning to paying. There were a couple of small issues that I would like to mention. First, upon returning, the driver could not read the location written on the card given by the driver who picked me up. He actually could not read my card nor another patron's card. There should be a clear and standard procedure and system for writing the car location. Secondly, upon payment, the kiosk did not proceed using touch screen access. So I could not push any buttons on the screen and the only thing I could do was swipe my card for payment. I usually push the button for my receipt to be emailed but I could not. This was a minor inconvenience and the kiosk should permit touch screen processing since that it what the interface is designed for. Otherwise, there were no other issues.
