The ease of using your shuttle service. My most recent experience had a driver who made my entire day better. I smiled a genuine smile for the first time in months, following the passing of my mother. I believe his name was Charles and he was awesome. Every company needs a "Charles".

I’ve always had a positive experience using The Parking Spot when I travel. The location is convenient to DIA, the prices are very reasonable, and the shuttle drivers are always super friendly and helpful.
Speed of pick up at the lot and airport is good 90% of the time
Easy to prepay for a reserved spot. They give you a card with your parking spot number when you park and then you hand it to the driver when he picks you up. You just scan a QR code to enter and leave the lot. The drivers are courteous and helpful. It's close to the airport. You can reserved covered or valet parking in addition to self-park. I love it!

I am frustrated that sometimes there is a QR code for tipping the driver, and then sometimes there is not. I count on that QR code, as I do not carry cash, but would like to tip the drivers.
