I have had really good experiences at the KC Parking Spot with the exception of one time. I will detail what I like first: good covered and uncovered parking in secure lot, bus pickup at your car with friendly help with loading and unloading your luggage for you, dropping you off at the drop off area and picking you up after you return. When using your account, you earn additional discounts. There are different discounts for AAA and AARP members. When returning from your trip, you are dropped off at your parking spot. Now for the one time I had an issue: My return flight arrived after midnight and there are fewer running busses and the bus never picked us up. This was at the old airport, so I don't think this would happen again. The bus kept picking up at one airline and then passing me, my daughter, and another guy. We tried to flag down the bus, but it didn't stop. We called the location and they said they would pick us up, but the same thing happened again! The bus drove right by us. We eventually got an uber to get to the parking location as we were all tired and cold. I didn't think the company response was good either. However, I continued to use the location and since then they have been great.
We had an excellent experience all around. When we arrived we appreciated being directed to our covered parking space and being allowed to get into the transport shuttle even though there were still some drop-offs happening - because it was cold. Our diver was very efficient and kind and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. When we returned a shuttle was waiting at the curb of the airport and we were whisked back to our car in just a matter of minutes. Check-in and check-out with the app was so easy. The price was very good. We will use you again!

I can book my reservation online. The shuttle picks me up at my car and drops me off at my terminal. I don’t know if it can be made any easier or accommodating.
