Normally a great service.
A bit ago we were in terminal C waiting for a pickup and the vans kept driving by. We were a the correct pickup spot per the app and ticket. After 20 minutes we went to the other side of the building and saw they were stopping there. Very frustrating you could not at least change the info on the app. How hard could that be? And, we were waving at the drivers to stop but it seemed they payed not attention to where the app was wrongly directly customers. Most frustrating experience.
