The Parking Spot provides optimal service at an affordable cost. The shuttle is always prompt to transport us to the airport, often arriving before we have our suitcases out of the car. Return service drops you right at your car. We have never had to walk through the lot to locate either the shuttle or our car and with the prepay option, both entering and exiting the lot is easy with a simple scan of the provided code.

I am picked up and dropped off at my car. There is always a pick up van outside waiting when I walk out of the airport. I feel safe and very convenient.

We love how easy it is to have the time pre-paid and use a QR Code to check in and check out. Having clear signage to direct us to the row to park in is very helpful. The shuttles are showing their age and quite noisy. The drivers can take corners and bumps extremely fast, tossing passengers around a bit. This last trip, we didn't have much help with loading and unloading our luggage nor was there much enthusiasm or communication from the drivers. Still more reliable than other parking lots we have used at DIA and we will more than likely continue to use The Parking Spot when we fly.

I had a flight delay (over 12 hours) and they let me get my vehicle out of the parking spot to drive around until my next flight. I had to leave the airport. It was driving me crazy with all these delays and cancellations. Thank you Parking Spot!

We were running a little late and the driver was waiting for us before we even parked!! He just started grabbing all our bags while we could just focus on getting the baby and her car seat out. It was very appreciated! I wish I could remember his name
