I love the ease in making reservations and the shuttle pickup at the car. The drivers are always courteous and helpful and as a spot club member, I also enjoy the free days using accumulated points. The free water upon checkout is also a very nice benefit of using the Parking Spot after traveling. I have used the Parking Spot for years and will gladly continue to do so.

If I took rideshare on my arrival to LAX, I would need to take a bus to the rideshare location. The rideshare buses are crowded. The Parking Spot buses can be caught on the departure level, and stop anywhere.
