The parking lot pickup was more organized and quicker than in the past. The airport pickup did not take long this time, perhaps because we went to West instead of East. The workers were all polite and professional. An improvement over our last visit.

It is convenient for me coming from Ventura County, always clean, staff is always friendly. Easy to use the website and get in and out. Also like the bottle of water after returning from a flight.
easy to park, bus to the terminal is good. I only wish you can tap your credit card instead of a swipe. It took me 4 try's to swipe until the machine took my credit card.
