I have always used the parking spot over the years at PHL, however, lately within the last couple of years it seems like I have to wait longer and longer when at the airport to get back to the parking lot. To add to this frustration the probability of getting on a shuttle decreases with the terminal you are located at. Term A North/South and B have higher probability to get on a shuttle then C, D ect. Last trip I did where I got picked up at A other customers from C and D walked up to A to make sure they could get on.

The service going and returning was excellent!!!! I want to give a special shout out to Ashton who was our driver returning home. Ashton was polite, helpful and very courteous. We really appreciate people like that and it makes a difference when returning home from a long flight to be greeted nicely and have a courteous experience.

Easy in and out
Have always enjoyed using your Parking locations. Attendants are always ready to help when you arrive or depart. Drivers are courteous and helpful. We've always had a wonderful experience when we travel and park at the Parking Spot 2.
