They pick you up from your car and take you to the terminal your flight is going out of. All of their drivers have been friendly and courteous. And then when you return, they pick you up from a very convenient pick up spot and take you directly to your vehicle. Plus as a Disney Cast Member, I do get a discount that makes parking here a little more economical than at the airport itself.
My overall experience with the Atlanta Parking Spot (1 & 2) have been outstanding. The cost coincides with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the staff.

The PS-2 Atlanta is an efficient, effective way for me to get to the airport, and get back to my vehicle without worry or issue. Been using this service now for several years, and have not regretted it.
You get picked up at your vehicle. You are given a bottle of water. The driver takes you to your airline and helps you with your bags.
When you return from your trip you get picked up , taken directly to your vehicle and are helped off with your bags. The drivers are friendly and personable. I've recommended THE PARKING SPOT to all my friends. And you can accumulate points for free days. My next trip will be free. Nobody does it better. Thank you.

Great shuttle service, and IMO just as good as Premium off-season. On-season I'd still do Premium if the price was close enough and it was really crowded, but I'm gonna do North if Premium is price-hiked (1.5-2x).
The ease of parking and the timeliness of getting to and from the airport!
With one phone call, I was able to correct my current reservation that was incorrectly scheduled to Parking Spot 2. Personnel at Parking Spot 2 refused to correct my reservation from Parking Spot 2 to Parking Spot 1 and forced me to consider disputing your charge with my credit card’s financial institution. In addition, I found personnel at Parking Spot 2 to be rude, unprofessional, and not very helpful. I will continue to only use Parking Spot 1 for all my future needs as I have in the past.
