I like being able to receive a bottle of water when I exit. I like seeing the driver pull up to my car after I have parked and my luggage are out of the car. I like seeing the driver pull up at the pick up area of the airport and not having to wait for longer than 10 minutes.

Easy to use your service
I have been a Parking Spot member for a very long time and have enjoyed the customer service over the years. My recent experience being picked up by Michell on Saturday night 5/4/24 demonstrated to me that her skills, dedication and friendliness go way above and beyond customer service. I watched and listened to her interact with customers/passengers and she was great. The airport was super busy, the traffic was congested and people just wanted to get home.
Many passengers were confused as to which shuttle to take (Parking Spot 1 or 2, JFK or Will Clayton). She stopped at every terminal, at every Parking Spot passenger pickup line and helpfully instructed the passengers as to which shuttle to take and where to wait. She was friendly, informative and gave these customers great information. This is a big shout out to Michell and I encourage Parking Spot management to share her story/approach with other drivers so they too can be helpful. The Parking Spot drivers are the ambassadors of your brand/company and Michell is the best!
