The shuttle service is quick to pick you up and the locations of the lot are easy to get to and convenient.

Always quick to pick up and always have a bus ready at airport after a long tiring trip. For the last three times I have traveled, and I always park at The Parking Spot, my car battery has been dead. Very frustrating after long trips home from Ireland or Canada. But your staff has always been there to give me a jump and get me on my way. I can’t thank you enough for the great customer service and going above and beyond when dealing with a stressed out situation for me. Last week Alonzo helped me at the Monroe location at Hobby Airport and was so kind. I will continue to park with you and I always recommend you when others ask who I use.

You can valet park and just drive up, park, attendant comes and gets the key, your bags and put you on the parking spot bus for the airport. When you return, they have your vehicle at the front door ready for you to get in and leave.

Prompt pickup at facility and at the airport. Rarely wait more than ten minutes. Drivers are very helpful, courteous and friendly.
