Ease of use
Finding a spot was very easy upon arrival to the Parking Spot 3. Parking stay was reasonable.
However upon our return to the airport, had a slight issue. We arrived after 10 pm. I called the number as indicated on the card. I was waiting in the wrong place. Needed to be at the other end of the airport. It would be helpful to tell me in advance which door way I'm to be at. Even a posting inside the airport.
We did get the shuttle, but another brand of shuttle was unhappy with us for stopping the shuttle midway down the pick up lane.
Also the pickup driver couldn't figure out what the drop off driver had written as our location. Finally got to our car.
The shuttle driver for # 137? Nicole? was a friendly and helpful person.
Also I wanted to share that shuttle #150 from Spot 2 was helpful when I asked where Spot 1 picked up. He got off his shuttle and walked me halfway there. He went out of his way for me. 😊

On our arrival on 5/2/24' it was the middle of flooding & raining. Your driver, a young man, was so very helpful. He loaded our bags which was a Godsend since my husband had recently had surgery. We arrived at approximately 12 noon. I hope you know the driver & recognize him.
Under cover!! Quick shuttle ride
My vehicle was parked at The Parking Spot 2 at Houston Hobby May 7-12. My return flight was diverted to Houston IAH . The only option for getting back to Hobby Airport was a taxi that cost me $80.00. This has happened to me, and I am sure many other travelers. Would you consider setting up a shuttle service between the two Houston airports? I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee for this service.
