Very easy process. You get there, are told where to park, the shuttle is right there and you are on your way to the airport. Coming back is just as easy. Scan your app on the way out, grab a bottle of water and you are on your way home.

Was easy to reserve spot online. Upon arrival, an attendant let us know where to go and a bus was there to help right when we parked. Helped with our luggage. He was very pleasant. Dropped us off right at our gate at the airport. I liked that the parking was covered. On our return, van was there within minutes. Again, the driver (actually the same one who dropped us off) was very nice and pleasant. I wish I knew his name. I would recommend to anyone flying out of DFW. Made the whole trip less stressful. Rates are fair.
