I appreciated very much the service and the fact that they would accommodate me on such notice. Had bridge club today, with a CLEAN carpet and gave cards to several of the ladies. Thank you so much; I'll be back!

Last week's advertised rate on the radio was $89 for three rooms. I was charged $99 but didn't realize it until I received the itemized statement later by email. While Caleb did an amazing job, if I can't count on the integrity of a company the chances of my recommending them to a friend are very slim. Not receiving an itemized statement at the time of service takes away the customer's ability to check for accuracy. After not receiving a response to my email questioning the rate, I doubt if I'll recommend or use Zerorez of Boise again.

1) The 3 hour window. David called and advised me they would be at our home in 20 minutes and they were.
2) upon arriving at our home and before any work was started, David and Caleb checked the carpet and advised exactly what was needed, how the products worked and how long the service would take.
3)They left the house exactly as they found it when they arrived, except for much cleaner carpets.
4) My wife arrived home from work at 6PM and was amazed at how clean the carpet looked. She did not even want to walk on the clean carpet, and kept me off of it to.
5) David quoted my neighbor the price for cleaning his carpet and it looks like two other neighbors will have their carpets done by Zerorez.
6) Just remind David when he does my neighbors carpet, that he and I had negotiated doing
one of my 5x7 throw rug at no additional cost because I got additional business for Zerorez.

Drops of water were left on my hardwood and it dis colored the floor.
First time for us. We have to see how treatment works. We do like the no soap treatment though.
No residue. Hoping the carpet will stay clean compared to the last treatment we had done. Time will tell.
Youe employee was excellent! He was polite, did a great job and even sold me the treatment for the carpet. My carpets look wonderful. I will recommend you to everyone I know. And, I am a realtor, so I come in contact with a lot of people. Great product, service, and I will call you again.

What I love is that this is perfectly suitable for a green home. For folks and ESPECIALLY PETS, with allergies, and multiple chemical sensitivity. No indoor pollution either internally or externally. Totally clean and healthy. Exactly what I have been waiting so long for. You came in and cleaned my home without introducing dangerous chemicals to my family. I love that. I really like your staff as well.

I like the fact that I do not have soap residue in my carpet that would start showing up later and looking dirty. (I speak from experience.) My carpet looks like brand new after it was cleaned I put throw rugs in the wear areas to protect the carpet. When my sister came over she commented on what a nice job he did. The tech that did my carpet was very conscientious and took care not to mar the furniture legs or my freshly painted wood work.
had to go through the house and spot the rug where the stains didn't come out and also the carpet was quite wet at the end of the carpet cleaning. also it was quite pricey a job.
very nice, prompt, polite, not scarey looking, clean and that was just the gentleman that cleaned our carpets. The actual cleaning job was great!

According to my wife, Zerorez worked very hard to get our carpet clean. The spills and stains were worked on repeatedly for the best possible results. High traffic areas received extra work. Service was great and Tech was very friendly. Drying time was 3 hours or less. Would recommend Zerorez to everyone I know.
