My carpet was cleaned pretty fast and some of spots are already back and when the protectant was put on, it was just sprayed real fast and didn't cover all of the carpet.
That it left nothing behind, our carpets look like new again! After having several other companies clean our carpets I would have never guessed they could look this nice again!
The young man who cleaned my carpets was very nice, put shoe covers on to protect my carpet, and did a fantastic job!! I will definitely call next time I need my carpets clean.

The carpeting definitely looks more alive and I think it is true that there was a lot of residue in it from before.
I am happy with the service overall, but had to have someone come back the next day because a large (size of a dinner plate) stain was left behind. This spot wasn't there to begin with, so that was odd.
Since I have a cat, I'm concerned about residue left in the carpet after a cleaning. I liked that no soap was used. In addition, the service was very professional and helpful. They really did a great job. The carpets look great.

I must confess that I was not a happy customer after our carpet was cleaned and I let the owner know about my concerns. He was wonderful about listening to me, addressing my concerns and then he gladly re-cleaned our carpet. David is a man of tremendous integrity and character and I will have his company clean our carpet again next year.
My expectations were that the living room carpet would be cleaner than it is today. I can still see light spots, and I honestly thought it would look fresher & not be able to see the color difference between the traffic areas. So kinda bummed. The service representative was very good though.
I like that there are no chemicals, thet ytour personnel are very nice and helpful, and most of all how clean everything was when Dave had finished I was astonished. I plan to use you again in 6 weeks or perhaps sooner. Thank you so much.
My carpet feels so clean and wonderful and looks great! I appreciated all the precautions taken to protect my home while my carpets were being cleaned, such as shoe coverings and hose guards. Dave at Zerorez did a great job!
