Service was quick and carpet looks great. It did take longer to dry than expected though.
Marshall the tech was great, super friendly. The couch cleaning, shower enclosure, carpets and grout left something to be desired. I have before and after pics of all if you'd like. We had a full bathroom remodel 5 years ago so the grout isn't old, and we had them cleaned 2 years ago (different company) and they turned out great. This time they look marginally better. I questioned it after the service and Marshall was super polite and mentioned some are harder to clean than others (understandable) but we're going to pay a grout cleaning company to redo them. I understand the time between cleanings and which products used by each company will affect the outcome - but we squeegee the shower after each use and while there was grout stains, there was no buildup anywhere (again I have before pics if you'd like them). As far as the carpet, there's spots that I removed after Marshall left with Resolve carpet cleaner. Hmmm.
Small thing to mention - something dripped out of the service van onto our driveway. It's not oil, it seems to be some type of cleaning solution? But it's still there and I'd like to know what it is so I can get the right product to clean it.
My carpet appears to be in the same condition before it was “cleaned” and the service was very expensive.
Very professional service. I appreciate reminders, how to prepare for the cleaning, the technician contacting me when on the way to my house. I wasn't totally satisfied with a couple of areas and they sent a tech back to redo the areas of concern promptly and with no additional charge. I'm much happier with the adjustment. The carpets look great!

I was told it would take 4 to 6 hrs for the carpet to dry, well a day and a half later they were stil damp ???? after the finaly did dry I vacuumed and oh my what I got was astonding I had to empty the dust container FOUR times I was blown away with the amount of dirt I vacuumed up as though they had never been cleaned . so needless to say I am less than pleased with my $100. dollar carpet cleaning I won't refer your company to anyone else
We are in the process of purchasing a house; our realtor was present when the carpets were cleaned yesterday. I have already paid the invoice - she sent us this feedback:

She has used your company before and been very happy, and apologized this happened. I would like a corrected invoice and a refund for the additional charges.
Hi Mahrika! I read your review and It looks like you booked online originally a hallway, stairs, 5 rooms, 6 areas of fiber protector, and a closet. When Mike did the walkthrough with the realtor, he advised he needed to add two more areas of fiber protector as we are cleaning 5 rooms, one hallway, a set of stairs, and a closet. That is in total 8 carpeted areas, and that is 8 areas of fiber protector. I also looked up the home to make sure that there are 5 rooms that are carpeted, and from what I can see it is all correct on the invoice. Mike also sent over the invoice to be approved before the cleaning was preformed. I'm not sure where the confusion is, but we would never charge a customer for more work than what was preformed. I'm sorry if you feel you were overcharged.

Service was great. Braydon was on time, explained the Zerorez process and started the job. The carpets looked great after he was finished. They dried quickly and we are very happy with the result.

Having no residual on furniture or carpets after having them cleaned is comforting. The service is always perfect.
Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! We had a playroom that had several spots that I was sure were never coming out as well as stairs up to the kids' rooms. The carpets look so good. We will definitely have them back to clean other rooms and highly recommend them!

I am a return customer. My carpets stayed clean longer than with other companies. My carpets dried pretty quickly but we left everything off them until the next morning. They look terrific!
