I used zerorez before and was very happy. This time I was busy packing and I didn’t observe the cleaner but when he left, he never went into corners or moved lightweight objects. Then, when I vacuumed the next day, I picked up a bag full of dirt. I don’t know if he vacuumed first. Pretty sloppy job, but I didn’t have time to call him back because I shad an open house scheduled.
Matt was friendly and very helpful. He did a great job. Our carpet was horribly filthy and now it looks like it did when it was new. Thank you.

special empowered water and process they use to clean your carpets, etc. The reasons I will always utilize Zerorez are: 1) Your carpets are consistently cleaner than other companies render; 2) they stand behind their guarantee of satisfaction - or they will redo your carpet cleaning until you are satisfied; 3) they willfully accommodate my day/time of day time frame requests for carpet cleaning; 4) their technicians are very well trained, professional, and caring; 5) they often run specials to save customers money on the project they need to have done; and 6) I can request the technician I want to clean my carpets (techs that I like, who have cleaned my carpets before. I have had Zerorez clean my couch upholstery; and I know that they also clean grout, tiles, and all kinds of floors. This company is committed to customer service, bar none.

Jackson did an excellent job yesterday. We were beyond impressed. He works very hard and we were super pleased looking at our carpets this morning. He was very knowledgeable. The best part was how dry they were after he was done. It didn’t take all day. He ran the fans on them longer and it really worked. Zerorez is always our go to for carpet clean. Honestly, the cleaner personnel were amazing. They explained everything and did a nice job. However, once the room was dry, it smelled so strong of pet/animal urine. Way worse than before it was cleaned. I can’t stand the smell. I’m going to have to find a solution for this smell and it is probably going to cost a lot. I don’t understand how cleaning carpets can make them smell so bad. The people were great, but the end results are not.

He completely missed a spot under the floor lamp I put in the living room so he could see better. He could have easily lifted it. It doesn't look as clean as I expected it you be and doesn't "feel" clean.
