Overpriced haircuts from the same people who worked at Great Clips No differrent experience. Not impressed.

Service was wonderful. Pauline was very friendly and polite and pleasant to talk to. She did a great job on my hair. The hot towel was wonderful as well as the neck massager. It is definitely an experience coming to This place.

Good Atmosphere
Wonderful to have shampoo & massage with haircut. It’s a very relaxing time-out from a busy day. The stylists are friendly and the system that remembers my needs and preferences saves a lot of time explaining what I like.
Also, since I’m somewhat handicapped, I really appreciate the staff considering my needs and working with me to make getting into and out of the styling and shampoo chairs easier for me. Other places would just prefer not to deal with me, but Sport Clips has always accommodated me. This means a lot.
Britney Was the best, I've just moved here and I had never been to a sports clips and had the same barber for a number of years. I've been to a few other places trying to find someone that could cut with clippers and blend like my guy did and what I found was uneven blend lines not edged up straight just pretty bad. But Brittney from the Wilson NC location was on point all the way around. She was very professional and very good at what she does. Not only will I be back I'll be back every week and bringing my son and girlfriends son this week. Thanks,

My haircut and beard trim cane to 37.00. We can make things right by it costing 20 dollars.
I use Sports Clips in Wilson, N.C. I have stylist Pauline and Tonya that are my go to people. They are professional and know how to cut men’s hair the right way. Although I feel the model to get a chair filled and in and out in 20 minutes or less for the $27 plus we pay for hair cuts is to fast. It makes the team rush. I hate to see that. Do away with the time limits although I know time is important. You will see better and more repeat customers. The place is always clean. I wish that everyone customers and staff wore a mask still. I spend a lot of money at the location.

When I go to Great Clips, I never have to worry about being greeted as I come through the door and have a professional cut my hair. I does not matter which hair stylist is used by me; they all do a fantastic job. Jamey has a great team of hair stylist in Wilson.
They give consistently good haircuts every time I go. I never leave unsatisfied with the result
Your senior haircut went up from $15 to $22, is that correct?? If I’m right, you’ve lost me as a customer. I think that’s a private business person’s rate. You folks are a (big?) company. Hmmm…

Had a coupon that you would not honor. Received a text that my appointment was in 15 minutes, got there 5 minutes early, and the board showed I had to wait 17 more minutes
Stylist Rachel (Wilson, NC store) did not pressure me into getting a hair wash or the MVP option when I declined, as I had been pressured into before...
I love SportsClips! I go about every month or so to get my hair cut. All the staff are super friendly and carry a great conversation with me. Some of my favorite stylists are Pauline and Tonya! :)
It had been a long time since I went into Sports Clips, but my regular barber is in the middle of changing locations, so I thought I'd go over to Sports Clips and get mine and my two boys' hair cut. Me, a 12yr old, and a 5yr old walked out of there leaving $92 for haircuts. That is absolutely ridiculous for 3 haircuts, two being children's haircuts. ...not only that, but I had paid $69 of it in cash, because I had taken money out for my regular barber, before realizing they were temporarily closed ($60 would have paid for all of us to get our hair cut and had plenty left for a nice tip, at my barber), and was only supposed to pay $13 with my card. Ended up with a $92 charge on my card and they handed the money back... this messed some things up, in my finances. ...and, to add insult to injury, I have to take my youngest son back to get his hair fixed, because the lady didn't finish his haircut. I didn't realize it, until later, because it was wet. Mine and my oldest son's hair looks great. I'm not sure what happened with the little one's hair. Either way, the cost being raised to such a degree is enough for me to never go back. I used to go to this particular Sports Clips all the time. Never again.
Your online check in is worthless. I had a 2:15 appointment. I checked in around 10 am. I came in about 15 minutes early and still did not get in the chair till around 3:30. I’ll try other places till I find one that works for me.
Sports clips is always our number 1 pick when our sons need haircuts. The stylist are so nice and helpful!
